Principals
EnSky is a privately owned company founded by the husband and wife entrepreneurial team of David and Louise Flood. One of the first internet strategy companies to arise from the infamous DOT-COM boom, EnSky remains as relevant and as important today as it was during the technological revolution of the mid-nineties.
Both principals bring a wealth of creative, technical, marketing and business strategy skills developed from jobs held prior to starting EnSky. Louise owned and operated Accucomp, Inc., a bookkeeping consultancy firm based in St. Thomas, USVI. Her skills include desktop publishing and computer consulting services, something she picked up from her experience selling Apple® Macintosh computers for local businesses on St. Thomas, and later for ComputerTown in Portsmouth.
Working in graphic design, personnel consultancy, advertising sales and even telemarketing for MCI has not blunted what David Flood considers his "ultimate creative talent" - music. Eight years spent composing and performing original music in several successful Boston bands including SPAMPARIS [?], has, David feels, added to the mix of creative, technical, social and business experience that has helped EnSky relate to the needs of its many diverse clients.
In 2006 David filmed a documentary Feeding the Water on the annual Martha's Vineyard Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby. It was released in December of 2007 on DVD. A second film (Vol 2.) a follow up to Feeding the Water is is scheduled to begin filming in the fall of 2008.
Today there are three distinct aspects of EnSky's work. EnSky the Advertising Agency, EnSky Productions, which is EnSky's broadcast production work and Feeding the Water, the ongoing promotion of Dave's film series on the MV Derby.
The Floods have three children, all boys, Benjamin, Sebastian, and Harrison and reside in Strafford, New Hampshire.
