The Legends Classic was indeed a classic. Both Boston Bruins legends and A list celebrities took the ice for a charity hockey game on the Winter Classic ice in Fenway Park, and EnSky's own David Flood, (President/CEO) was the on bench reporter.
With the help of Jeff Paduchowski of Paduchowski Media on Bench (Camera 1) cam and Rebecca Jones on Camera 2, EnSky's new subsidiary WayCu Productions captured what fans have described as great, great time...and a historic event of its own.
As far as we know, it was the first official hat-trick ever recorded at Fenway Park by Jay Miller, and the first ever penalty shot by Rick Middleton (he scored).
Coach Lenny Clarke was hilarious as he led his "white jersey" team to victory that included names like Tim Robbins, Cam Neely, Denis Leary, Ken Casey from the Dropkick Murphy's, Ken Hodge, Ken Linesman, and Red Sox Owner Tom Werner and goalie Hollywood movie-maker Bobby Farrelly.
Derek Sandersons "black jersey" team which featured names like Bruins Principal owner Charlie Jacobs, Kiefer Sutherland, Rick Middleton, Andy Brickley and Neil McDonough had an early lead in the first half behind the strong goaltending of Cleon Daskalakis.
