What is your design criteria for developing web pages?

A good web site should:

Effectively deliver the message of the company or organization
Load quickly.
Be graphically pleasing and integrate with the organization's branding strategies.
Contain logical and functional navigation
Have basic contact information on every page. In the event someone prints a page, a decision maker will be able to contact our client.
