Using your site map, we'll build a gorgous custom website design, the templates and other files, essentially everything we would use to complete the development of the website.

The development includes graphical user interface design, program functionality, creation of templates and style sheets, web graphics and testing for browser compatibility, Web Site functionality and Web Site usability. The Website shall conform to the World Wide Consortium's XHTML 1.0 standard, and shall be compatible with the following standard internet browsing software: Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4, 5, 5.5, and 6 on the Windows platform, Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.5 and 5 on the Macintosh platform, Netscape Navigator and/or Communicator versions 4.08, 4.5-4.7, and version 7 on the Windows and Macintosh platforms, America Online versions 7 and 8 on the Macintosh and Windows platforms. Safari 1.0 and Opera 7. The Web Site pages will be optimized for 800x600 resolution and printing on 8.5x11 paper. The Website template will not be optimized for high search engine ranking, and is the responsibility of the developer, (i) identification of unique key words relevant to the page content and insertion of such keywords into the appropriate HTML code will need to be completed, and (ii) creation of a search engine friendly site map containing a flat list of all the pages in the site to help the search engine index the site more quickly will also need to be developed. The Website should be submitted to all appropriate search engines upon completion of the site to optimize user access to the Web Site.
