With the advances made with Macromedia Flash in its ability to embed video directly into a Flash movie, and its improved encoding capabilities with the release of Flash MX 2004 Pro, we thought, how cool it would be to receive a business card that had a video message instead of just a picture of the person.
After developing the first cards for local companies in New Hampshire, and working out the bugs of the process in making the cards, it was clear our "Video Business Cards" were less like business cards and much more like television commercials or short infomercials.
